Different forms are used for different types of applications and processes, such as applying for membership of the GEPF, nominating a beneficiary, updating a member’s banking details or claiming benefits. The name and purpose of each form we use is described below. Some of these forms come with “overleafs”, which are guidelines on how to complete the form.
