The Board agreed, through the Governance and Legal Committee, to appoint an independent service provider to assess the effectiveness of the Board, its committees, Board and committee chairpersons, Board members and committee members. The assessment has been concluded, and the Board is addressing all the issues highlighted in the report through the Governance and Legal Committee.
